You don’t have to be a skilled kayaker and Yannis will go at your speed to make sure you’re safe and having a good time. Highly, highly recommend doing this to get a true island experience.

If you want a kayak to yourself, message them in advance. If you have an allergy, I recommend either bringing your own food or telling them beforehand. Remember to take lots of drinking water! We got back around 3 pm. Take cash if you want to tip at the end – it was very reasonably priced for what we got! Everything was clearly explained about the kayaks (first experience of feet operated rudder) before we set off from Mikros Gialos along the coast, stopping first at the hidden blue cave for a refreshing swim and for some a leap into the water too!

The next stop gave us the chance to see starfish up close and was impressed to see the care that was taken in handling these delicate creatures

Further stops for more swimming and a refreshing lunch made for a great day, even more enjoyable by the fun and energy provided by our hosts.
