We booked a kayak half day excursion with Perilous Experience! Best decision ever! We… read more drove 45 minutes to get here, to Mikros Gialos to go explore that Bay!

We had a fabulous tour with our very nice, blue eyed, overqualified guide Yiannis, the accountant/business man/farmer/sales manager etc.
He really LOVED his rôle as a protector/tale teller/teacher/singer/referee of the race/photographer, during this beautiful water ballade.
The views were spectacular and the water was so clear it is hard to imagine! The Hidden Cave was impressive! Of course, we all got out of our kayaks (yes even me) and we swam as much as we wanted!

During our ride we saw a multitude of red star fish, yellow coral, had a lovely lunch and learned may things about the area. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this tour for anybody wanting to do something easy, safe and fun!

  We where looking for some activities to do in lefkada and found out about the kayak trips. We decided to do the blue cave trip and it was totally worth… read more it. Previous kayaking experience is not needed. At the beginning of the trip you get the basic instructions about how to paddle and kayaking. We where lucky enough that we had a kind of private trip, because it was just me and my girlfriend. Our guide was Yannis and he was amazing. Very chill and warm person. He gave us some geological information about the formation of the island and provide us with coffee and some fruits. He was very kind and gave us a very positive vibe. We did some swimming stops and where lucky enough to see some red starfish. I truly recommend the experience and it’s totally safe.

  Fantastic experience. The guides were extremely vigilant when it came to other shipping and the risk of sun exposure. Everything was bite sized to prevent novices being overwhelmed… read more and, despite the size of our group, it always felt under control. The views were stunning, the information welcome. Abandoning the kayaks in the Blue Cave was a test of faith but all managed to retreive and re-enter their craft without problems. Stopping for lunch on the beach was a lovely touch but don’t organise anything later in the day – it takes a fair amount of energy!

We were never rushed. We felt safe doing all the activities including getting out of the kayak and swimming in a hidden cave then safely getting back into kayak. It was an amazing adventure.

I went with my boyfriend and we both had minimum to no previous experience kayaking, but before we got in the sea Yiannis, our guide,… read more gave as a quick lesson about kayaking and safety measures. Our first stop was the amazing sea caves where you can swim inside the cave and explore while snorkeling. We also had two more stops at two beautiful beaches where we had nice lunch provided by yiannis homemade,on the first stop, and on the second we had some delicious melon. At the beaches we also had the opportunity to explore and see the red starfish and the yellow coral reefs. It was an amazing experience, also yiannis took photos of us during the tour, kept us entertained and shared stories and info about the island of lefkada. I would recommend it 1000%, we will definitely go again on the bigger tour.

I would recommend it to anybody to do this trip. It made our holiday and we met some great people on the day too as Yannis was great at bringing everyone together.
